The Professional Fire Fighters Association of South Carolina proudly represents professional fire fighters throughout the great state of South Carolina. We are a chartered state association of the International Association of Fire Fighters (IAFF). 

Our Mission:

The mission of the PFFASC is to fight for members on the state level, lobbying and educating state officials on legislation that affects its members. Our organization also works to improve working conditions, training, equipment and benefits for our members throughout South Carolina. We are committed to pursuing a better quality of life for our members through legislative initiatives, such as pushing for presumptive heart and cancer laws, defending workers’ rights and protecting hard-earned pensions upon retirement.
